Pinot Brasserie is an award-winning French/Californian Bistro featuring a complete Oyster Bar. Chef Splichal has spared no detail in order to capture the very essence and spirit of a true urban brasserie. It offers mouth-watering steaks, slow-roasted poultry, tangy pastas, delicious seafood and hearty wild game. An impressive wine list is complemented with a host of liquors, from grappa to single malt scotches, and dessert wines to ports. The restaurant's rich, yet casual, French bistro setting is accented with pieces imported directly from France…right down to the weathered, cast-iron rooster that stands at the entry. Even the copper pots and kitchen utensils are authentic French pieces. Pinot Brasserie features a main dining room, two private rooms and casual outside dining.

For over a quarter century, Le Cirque has remained the gustatory temple at the epicenter of New York's social, business and power dining scenes. Ringmaster Sirio Maccioni, long recognized as the "world's most charismatic restaurateur," brought his Four-Star culinary magic to the Las Vegas Strip with the opening of Bellagio. Perched astride an eight-acre lake filled with dancing fountains, Le Cirque is a whimsical jewel box of color and detail, from the star-studded entry of polished woods to the sumptuous, swooping silk-tented ceiling.
